You must have a Credit Card (signed by you) to
reserve a room (even if paying by cash/check).
This
is for theft, damages, messy room including trash, broken windows, missing items
(including pots & pans, silverware, utensils, plates, glasses & cups) and
anything ripped burned, cracked etc.
Please add 8% NH State Tax
Cots available at $15 per night.
All Cottages have kitchenettes, private bath & screened porch. Cable TV,
refrigerator, etc...
We have no land line phones
Extra Guests: $35.00 per night
Rental Week: Saturday to Saturday in season only.
NO PETS will be allowed - absolutely no exceptions!
$10.00 per key deposit will be refunded at Check Out
Balance must be paid 30 days before arrival date. |
