This is for theft, damages, messy room including trash, broken windows,
missing items (including pots & pans, silverware, utensils, plates, glasses
& cups) and anything ripped burned, cracked etc.
Please add 8% NH State Tax
All Cottages have kitchenettes, private bath, screened porch,
cable TV, VCR, refrigerator etc. We have no land line phones
Rental Week: Saturday to Saturday in season only.
NO PETS will be allowed - absolutely no exceptions!
Balance must be paid 30 days before arrival date. |
